Inclusivity
Everyone is welcome. That means all mums—across cultures, ages, abilities, identities, parenting styles, and life experiences.
Kindness & authenticity
Real talk only. Wombee is built on trust, not filters. Keep it honest, keep it kind. Share your wins, your wobbles, your “I can’t do this today” moments.
Meaningful connections
Support, friendship, a chat that’s more than small talk. We’re all here to build our village. So show up with empathy, humour, and good vibes.
Harassment, bullying or shame
There’s no space here for meanness, mum-shaming or snark. No subtweets, no pile-ons, no guilt trips. Respect each other’s journeys—even if they’re different to yours.
Hateful behaviour
Zero tolerance for hate speech or discrimination of any kind—race, gender identity, sexuality, disability, age, religion, socioeconomic status. If it dehumanises or attacks, it’s not welcome.
Misinformation
We’re not the place for conspiracy theories or unverified health claims. Sharing lived experience? Go for it. Spreading dangerous falsehoods? Nope. Especially around things like vaccines, pregnancy, or baby care.
Harmful or sexual content
No nudity or sexually explicit content. No content that sexualises or endangers minors. We’re fierce about protecting mums and children alike.
Illegal activity
If it’s against the law, it’s against the rules. That includes fraud, scams, or anything exploitative.
Impersonation or fake accounts
You are you—and we love that. Don’t upload someone else’s photo or pretend to be someone you’re not. One person, one profile.
Plagiarism
Feel free to share advice, quotes or tips. But if it’s not yours, credit it. Don’t copy and paste someone else’s work without a nod.
We’re here to build connections, not sell stuff. That means:
- No selling or swapping items
- No wishlists or gifting links
- No linking payment platforms (PayPal, GoFundMe, etc.)
- No fundraising or promoting causes
- No recruiting to external groups or social media
Wombee relies on community care. Reporting helps keep things safe—but only when it’s genuine. Using it to get back at someone? Not on.
Respectful conversation > ghosting
We get it—life is full. If you can’t keep chatting, that’s okay. But if possible, send a kind goodbye instead of ghosting.
Screenshots & privacy
Wombee is a trust zone. Don’t screenshot or share what others post without permission.
If you see something off, report it using the three dots next to the post or profile. We’ll take it from there.
Together, we’re building a space that’s safe, funny, honest and real—just like motherhood.
