3.8.    In addition, Wombee may be required by law to collect some personal information. Such laws include (but are not limited to) the Anti- Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth), the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth).

4. Sensitive Information

4.1.    Wombee sometimes needs to collect and use sensitive information.

4.2.    Sensitive information may include information or an opinion relating to a person’s racial or ethnic origin, political views or memberships, religious beliefs or affiliations, membership of a professional or trade association or trade union, sexual orientation or practices and criminal record. It also includes information about a person’s health and medical history.

4.4.    Unless you give Sitali your consent, or if Sitali is required or permitted by law, Sitali will only use or disclose sensitive information for the purposes for which it was provided.
